The Toy Blocks pattern was one of the most significant patterns I have designed when I was a student at Bunka Fashion College. Toy Blocks was inspired by the old wooden toy blocks I used to play with in my childhood. The usage of primary colours and shapes was what I thought best represented my style as a designer. This design was used further on as the base of YABAI YABAI’s logo.
